1. Product Features:

Refrigerator trailer with independent power pack is a kind of semi-trailer with refrigerating device. Independent refrigeration unit means that the refrigeration unit has an independent power source. The middle layer is made of thermal insulation material, mainly using polyurethane foam material. Use high-strength glue on the four sides to glue the glass steel plate and the polyurethane foam material together to form a closed plate. Good heat preservation performance, beautiful appearance, light overall weight, high strength, no leakage, long service life, reaching the national A-level standard; customers can follow the actual use, the temperature can reach minus 18 degrees to minus 28 degrees,

The refrigerated semi-trailer can improve the comprehensive economic benefits of road transportation due to its large load capacity.

3. Structure and Principle：

Space frame welded structure, which is formed by welding two I-shaped longitudinal beams and a plurality of beams (C-shaped channel steel).
Steel material we choose to use is high strength steel Q345.
Whole body is welded by advanced automatic submerged-arc process and skilled technicians.     Complete chassis shot blasting to clean rust and remove welding stress.
Equipped with 3 pieces of 13T Famous Brand semi-trailer axle; Optional for brands.
Mechanical suspension or bogie suspension for choice.
