Our after sales team maintains close contact with the DCVC Semi-Trailers dealer network, service network and you as a customer. This gives us important feedback and input about our trailers. This data is immediately registered and analyzed and used to provide the best solution for your specific situation.
We always inform our development department or suppliers about any feedback so our trailers can be optimized even further. The result may be minor product upgrades, but sometimes this input can lead to more significant product launches.

3. Warranty claim
You can submit a warranty claim quickly and easily online. Claims under the terms of the warranty are assessed based on the information you provide. If the information you provide is unclear or incomplete, we will ask you for additional information. If the extent of the problem makes remote assessment impossible, one of our after sales specialists will visit you to investigate the situation further.
4. Training & Advice
We consider it important that everyone who works with or on a DCVC trailer is well informed and up to date. We provide training courses and advice on various areas of expertise, including:

Drivers’ tips: for owners and drivers of moving floor trailers

DCVC offers you an extensive, high-quality dealer and service network. Our dealers and service partners are happy to assist you with maintenance, service, and repairs. You can also visit a number of carefully selected, independent service points where you will be given full service and support for your semi-trailer. All these companies have received specialized training from DCVC and stock the most common spare parts.

Good documentation is essential in the daily use of your semi-trailer. As standard, a detailed and clear user manual is supplied with your trailer. Our user manuals can also be viewed online.
