DCVC semi-trailer main beams have 2 years warranty,　as well as other parts has a 12-month basic warranty period.　This covers steel structures and mechanical parts under "normal use".

Yes, Absolutely, we design and manufacture all our own products, and we do a lot of customized trailers. We have more than 100000 set semi-trailers production experience, length from 6.5 meters to 72 meters, loading capacity from 20 tons to 300 tons. If you have other special requirements, please tell the sales manager directly. Our technicians will give you a design accordingly, and we will start producing after you sign and confirm.

Our production date is 15-20 workdays for standard model trailers and 25-30 workdays for customized trailers. If you pay a 100% deposit after signing the contract, the standard model trailer can be delivered within 7 workdays.

DCVC is a professional semi-trailer manufacturer, which delivers a large number of trailers every day. The semi-trailer we export is made of Q345B / Q460C steel, which has good toughness and strength. Most importantly, the weight of the same type of semi-trailer exported to Africa is 2 tons heavier than the trailer used in China. Thicker steel is used for bearing steel structure, suspension, leaf spring, and axle with larger tonnage. We will test the loading capacity of 150% before delivery. The semi-trailer can be used in Africa for more than 15 years.
