1. Product Features:

1. The fasteners of the whole vehicle adopt the compound sherardizing process; the non-composite sherardizing parts need to be sprayed with wax for anti-corrosion.
2. Front beam with handshake valve anti-collision protection block, bolt installation design, distributed to Africa for installation.
3. After all the labels are completed by the factory, 10% of the labels will be given as gifts to prevent damage during transportation.
4. The vehicle design needs to meet the axle load requirements of 8+18+24 tons.
5. Cancel the front position lights and rear position lights.
6. All others not mentioned above shall comply with CIMC’s standards.

3. Structure and Principle：

DCVC's 3 axles 45ft Flatbed Semi Trailer is a commonly seen model equipped with 3 pieces of semi-trailer axles for standard 40ft container. It can be modified according to customer's requirement.

Axles could be optional for German type or American type
Suspension is optional for mechanical suspension, air suspension.
